FLIR Systems was in 2011 chosen as the supplier of the thermal sensor for the Nordic RWS.
FLIR Systems delivered its first batch of thermal sensors for this program in 2012.
The Protector Nordic was chosen and developed in close cooperation with the Norwegian and Swedish Armed forces. This system reflects the most technically advanced RWS ordered to date, and is forming a solid foundation for cooperation in Nordic material programs.
